This is a required starting point as it lays the groundwork for future sessions.
This first session is powerful and goal-oriented. We work together to understand your history, struggles, hopes, and goals. You’ll learn how the conscious and subconscious minds interact and contribute to your troubles. Using hypnosis and imagery, we formulate a plan to help you achieve your goals. You finish the session feeling calm, refreshed and lighter. Many clients notice significant positive shifts after this session already.
60 MIN
Introductory session is a prerequisite
We review shifts that you have already experienced from the Introductory Session and continue the change work through hypnosis and imagery. We explore additional hypnotic tools and techniques to fine-tune, strengthen, and reinforce the positive changes already made.
90 - 120 MIN + (60 MIN x 2)
Introductory Session + 2 Single Sessions
Sessions are usually scheduled for three consecutive weeks. We layer on hypnotic tools and techniques systematically each session to ensure thorough and lasting results. We review shifts that you have experienced between each session and continue the change work through hypnosis and imagery. We explore additional hypnotic tools and techniques to fine-tune, strengthen, and reinforce the positive changes already made.
