  • Hypnosis works quickly and often provides rapid results within 1 - 3 sessions. Many clients experience significant positive shifts after their first session and may need a couple more sessions to strengthen the results and to reach their final goal. Subsequent sessions are approximately 60 minutes long. We will discuss any shifts and continue to build on the goals we discussed in the previous session. We will then continue the change work using customized hypnotic tools and techniques.
